Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. In the event of any delays, customers will be notified accordingly.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days.
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary depending on product availability, supplier processing, and external factors beyond our control.
3. Order Fulfilment
Pegasus Customs operates using both local and international suppliers.
Products may be shipped either from local warehouses or directly from international suppliers. All logistics and coordination are handled by Pegasus Customs.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or included in the product price where applicable. Pegasus Customs reserves the right to adjust shipping fees if necessary.
5. Import Duties & Taxes
Pegasus Customs covers all applicable import duties and taxes, unless stated otherwise. Customers will not be required to pay additional import fees upon delivery.
6. Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking updates to reflect.
7. Delays & External Factors
Pegasus Customs is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to:
- Customs clearance procedures
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- High shipping volumes
- Incorrect customer information
We will, however, assist in resolving any issues where possible.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If incorrect information is provided, Pegasus Customs is not liable for lost or misdelivered parcels, and additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date).
Photographic evidence may be required for damaged items. We will investigate the issue with the courier and supplier and provide a resolution where applicable.
10. Delivery Confirmation
A delivery is considered complete once the courier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout. Pegasus Customs is not responsible for parcels left unattended at the delivery location.
